Founded in 1955 by the Fox family, Fox Farms has been a cornerstone of local farming in Stanley, NY, for over six decades. From the very beginning, the Fox family has been dedicated to producing premium, grass-fed beef, with a strong focus on sustainability, animal welfare, and quality. Over the years, Fox Farms has grown from a small family operation into a well-respected farm known for its USDA-approved beef, cherished by locals and customers across the region.

The Fox family's legacy on the farm goes back to 1955, to a time when Teryn’s great-grandfather, despite being diagnosed with polio and spending his entire life on crutches, was determined to build a future for his family. His perseverance and hard work were the foundation upon which the farm was built. Despite his physical challenges, he managed the daily demands of the farm with unwavering dedication, showing his family that strength isn’t measured by physical ability, but by resolve and grit. His legacy of resilience lives on in every aspect of the farm, from the way the land is cared for to the values instilled in each new generation.

For four generations, the Fox family has worked the land with passion and commitment, passing down their knowledge and values from one generation to the next. Each generation has built upon the foundation laid by the previous, ensuring that Fox Farms continues to thrive and provide the best beef to its customers.

In February 2024, after the passing of David Fox, the heart and soul of the farm, his grand-son, **Teryn Fox**, took over the reins of the farm. Though his loss is deeply felt by the Fox family and the community, David’s legacy lives on through the enduring principles of care, responsibility, and excellence that he instilled in the farm. Teryn, with his dedication and vision, is honored to carry forward his legacy and continue the Fox Farms tradition of providing top-quality, local, grass-fed beef to its loyal customers.
